Congratulations to our 2011 raffle winner, "Vacation for Two" to Scotland was won by Raffle Ticket Number 4528, randomly drawn on Saturday, the 16th at the Portland Highland Games. This was James "Skip" Wendler's first time at the Games. Congratulations!
The vacation trip for two to Scotland includes air allowance of $1000 each toward two tickets, six nights lodging, and a seven-day car rental.
